Joe started in printing by helping his father set up the printing press in their family garage when Perfect was just beginning as a business. Since becoming President in 1988, Joe has guided Perfect through several evolutions, including from copy shop to commercial printer to a full-service communications firm. His passion is using the experience he has gained as the owner of a printing company to help other companies improve their communications.
Chris has spent 22 years at Perfect with a focus on print. He has been active in AIGA Philadelphia for 6 years, serving on the board as Partnership and Membership Director. Although not a designer, Chris is passionate about design and dedicated to empowering the design community to recognize its full potential. Chris also serves his local community of Medford Township, NJ, as an elected official on the town council, where he has served as Mayor. Chris is married with three great kids (and a granddaughter!).
Frank brings 15 plus years of creative experience to Perfect’s marketing initiatives and the marketing services we provide our clients. He manages Perfect’s creative operations to ensure client projects are delivered on time. He also develops content, writes copy and edits various communication pieces for clients, from direct mail to advertising to digital assets. Frank is married with three children (two sons and a daughter), who keep him running from activity to activity outside of work.
Elizabeth (Lizzy) is dedicated to maintaining customer relationships at Perfect and establishing new business. Prior to joining Perfect, Lizzy graduated with honors from Rutgers University with a bachelor of science in marketing. Recognized for her public speaking ability, Lizzy enjoys meeting and learning about new people. Outside of work, Lizzy loves days at the beach, entertaining and spending time with family.
Rebecca (Becca) works to maintain existing customer relationships and create new customer accounts at Perfect. Becca graduated from Albright College in 2012 with a BA in Fashion Merchandising. She leverages her understanding of promotion and design to help Perfect’s customers develop creative, thoughtful print materials. Outside of the office, Becca volunteers her time as a cheerleading coach in Moorestown, N.J.
Tom started at Perfect in 2014 while studying graphic design as an undergraduate at Rutgers University. Graduating from the program with honors, Tom has worked his way into the position of Senior Designer at Perfect. Interacting directly with clients and Perfect’s internal marketing team, Tom aims to elevate his conceptually driven work through different forms of communication. Outside of work, Tom enjoys cooking and traveling with his fiancé, Stephani.
As Director of Estimating, John develops pricing and proposal responses to the requests for estimate Perfect receives. John also performs some purchasing and accounting functions. He started with Perfect as a part-time driver more than 20 years ago. John and his wife are the proud parents of three children. He is a member of both the school and planning boards in his home town of Harrison Township, NJ. Mysteriously, living in New Jersey all of his life, he has somehow developed a fervor for Chicago sports. Go Bears!
Barb, one of Perfect’s dedicated project managers, serves as a liaison between the client’s point of contact and the Perfect production teams. She captures and coordinates production details, ensuring that all deliverables are met and client expectations are exceeded. She brings a tireless attention to detail and a positive energy to her client service position. In her spare time, Barb enjoys camping, boating, spinning and spending time with her family.
Patty, one of Perfect’s dedicated project managers, serves as a liaison between the client’s point of contact and Perfect’s production teams. Patty tracks and coordinates production details, making sure all deliverables are met and deadlines are hit. Patty brings extensive customer service and production planning experience to her position. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with her husband, four children and their dog Riley.
As Project Manager, Pat is the liaison between the customer’s point of contact and our production teams. He oversees production details to make sure customer deliverables are met and customer expectations are exceeded. Pat has more than 27 years of print production experience. Outside of Perfect, Pat serves as a Magic Creator for the AAA division of the Walt Disney Travel Company and enjoys reading, short story writing, visiting U.S. Historic sites and serving his local Philadelphia Congregation Outreach Program.
Charlie works closely with Perfect’s production team to ensure all projects meet client expectations and timelines. Graduating from Drexel University in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology Management, he helped Perfect transition to an all-digital workflow. He currently manages Perfect’s day-to-day production schedule. Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, attending Flyers games and watching NFL Football.
The youngest of the three Olivo brothers, Chris has worked in the family business since 1988. His numerous duties include managing the shipping department, scheduling project deliveries and overseeing final product quality and assurance. Chris is a big Philadelphia sports fan and he enjoys playing numerous sports like golf, baseball and hockey in his free time.
Sue Olivo oversees Perfect’s Human Resources function. She helps hire, train and motivate Perfect’s quality employees. Along with her husband, Joe, Sue has a very busy personal life with three active teenage boys who love ice hockey, lacrosse and playing their musical instruments. In her free time she likes to run and exercise.
Jack and his team work with clients to help them make the most informed and cost-effective decisions as it relates to technology. Our theory is simple, the more efficient the client can be, the more efficient we can be. In his personal time he enjoys camping, fishing and hiking with his wife and 2 boys as well as coaching basketball and soccer.
Mike manages Perfect’s in-house bindery team, making sure all of our clients’ bound projects are completed responsibly and on time. He is responsible for meeting project timelines and performing equipment maintenance to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality binding services. When not at Perfect, Mike spends time mountain biking and following hockey.
Scott holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Graphic Art and has more than 15 years experience in the print industry. During his 12 years with Perfect, he has served as a prepress operator and digital press operator. He now oversees the large format operations, using our digital wide-format inkjet press and flatbed multicam router. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife Samantha and sons Benjamin and Evan. He’s Benjamin’s Cub Scout leader and loves watching movies at home or in the theater.
Tom oversees the day-to-day operations of Perfect’s mailing department. He works closely with our production team, account managers, and the USPS to ensure accurate and timely delivery of our customers’ mailed communications. Tom has been with Perfect for 10 years and also served as a digital press operator. His previous print experience includes a portion of his 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, where he did tours in the Azores and Guam. Outside of work, Tom enjoys camping and spending time with his family.
Ed is a member of Perfect’s IT Services team, where he plays a large role in delivering our variable printing capability. He works closely with our account managers, production team and mailing department. Ed has extensive experience with data manipulation, the use of data for digital printing, variable data programming, and hardware and software support for the prepress function. Ed is a military aviation buff and avid bicyclist.
