You must zip or stuff your files into a single file to send to us. This will reduce your upload time as well as put a wrapper around the file for integrity.

Microsoft Windows users can download WinZip by visiting http://www.winzip.com.

Macintosh users can download STUFFIT from Aladdin Systems by visiting http://www.aladdinsys.com.

Max file size to upload is 450mb.

Instructions for use after downloading:

1. In the Site Manager Window, click the “New Site” button at the bottom and enter the following:

   Site Name: Perfect Printing
   Host/IP/URL: perfectprinting.hosting4less.com
   Username: perfectprinting-printing
   Password:  1Perfectprinting2

2. Click the “Connect” button (After connecting, your computer and files are shown on the left)
3. Drag and drop files to upload from the left pane to the right pane
4. Please call Customer Service and give a brief description of the job at 856-787-1877

Option 2:
Use Internet Explorer

Instructions for use:

1. Go to ftp://perfectprinting.hosting4less.com. You may be prompted to enter a username (perfectprinting-printing) and password (1Perfectprinting2)
2. You may see the message:
   FTP root at perfectprinting.hosting4less.com
   To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer
   Click on the Page drop down menu, to the right of the Explorer screen, and select Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer
   Note: You may get prompted again for the Username and Password. If so, enter them again.
3. If you don’t see the message in step 2, a new window will open where you can drag and drop to upload or download the compressed file or files for the job.

Macintosh clients:

Macintosh clients have to use an FTP application like “Fetch”. You can download a free 15-day full trial version and purchase it at any time for $25.00 at www.fetchsoftworks.com.
(Perfect Printing will reimburse your purchase cost if you send us a job via FTP)

Instructions for using Fetch:

1. After opening the application, the “New Connection” window appears.
2. Type in the appropriate information below:

   Host: perfectprinting.hosting4less.com
   User ID: perfectprinting-printing
   Password: 1Perfectprinting2

3. After it connects, click “put” to upload your files or “get” to download your files.
