It Has to Be Perfect.

Why It Has To Be Perfect.

My team and I have been at Perfect now for 2.5 years. We are truly humble and appreciative of the support from our customers, our team members across 2 facilities (and counting), our business partners, and of course the Olivo family.

When I was asked to write a blog, I really had to step back and think. First, what is a blog? Second, what on earth would I say? Third and maybe most importantly, how do I say it quickly? I know I don’t have the greatest attention span, so I wanted to make sure I pass that courtesy along to any prospective reader(s).

I wanted to talk about what led us here to Perfect and why it “Has to be Perfect”.

We chose to join the Perfect team in the fall of Dec 2021 after experiencing an almost unprecedented collapse of our former company. We needed to find a place that we all could move that would embrace our own core values, and equally important, would enhance the core values of the place where we would be moving.  We needed to find the “Perfect Place” in an extremely imperfect situation. We found that place at Perfect!

When we came up with the slogan “It has to be Perfect”, it was rooted in our move to Perfect. My team and I talked about it every day. “Perfect” means a lot. To us it means, being on time, having integrity, consistently doing what you are asked, and consistently doing what you say. When you make a mistake, stand behind it. We stay proactive with our customers, always addressing issues before they even arise. Combine this with the tireless commitment of our entire team, and you have the makings of something truly special.

We will never be satisfied, we will always be humble, and we will continue to work and build our platform by listening to our clients and prospective clients. How can we help you? How can we REALLY help? No matter what our client’s priorities are… we are here to listen to what those priorities are and how we can help. Thank you for taking a moment to read this, and a special thank you to the Olivo family.
